The VoIP gateway basically worked out of the box after setting up an Ooma account. Having voicemail buttons directly on the gateway is a nice touch IMO. Ooma's free (plus taxes) service tier works great for my family's residential purposes - sounds similar to and as reliable as my previous cable ISP VoIP service.
