But I am not able to use internet on Ubuntu hyper-v, although I am able to use LAN(internal network of my organization) on Ubuntu hyper-v. Please help me resolving the issue.

Sounds like you might have used NAT where the address got shared between host and guest. There isn't that option in hyper-v. VMWare workstation is a type 2 hypervisor, Hyper-v is a type 1 hypervisor and does not work like that.
